Enter your trip code
Type in your 8-character code and your whole trip appears. Share it with your travel group.
Your details stay yours
Passport details and photos are encrypted, and your group only sees them if you switch sharing on. No ads, no tracking, and you can delete your account in the app at any time.

Good to know
Do I need a booking to use the app?+
Yes. The app is for guests with a confirmed Minhakim Travels trip. You can download it and create an account anytime, then add your trip once you have a code.
Where do I find my trip code?+
We send your 8-character trip code once your booking is confirmed. If you can't find it, message us on WhatsApp and we'll send it again.
Can my family use the same code?+
Yes. Everyone travelling on the same booking uses the same code, and you'll see each other in your travel group. Please share it only with people on your trip.
Does it work without internet in Japan?+
Yes. Once your trip is linked, it's saved on your phone, so your flights, hotel and itinerary open without a connection. Japanese phrase audio works offline too.
Is the app free?+
Yes, it's free for all Minhakim Travels guests, with no ads.
I forgot my password. What do I do?+
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a 6-digit code to set a new password.
How do I delete my account?+
In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account. Your account and everything in it is deleted straight away.
